We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a refund (excluding delivery charge). If you return it to us within 28 days we can offer a credit note.
We just ask that you return the item in it's original packaging in perfect saleable condition. Use the returns label provided in your package to find all the information you need to return your item.
We can arrange collection of your item at a cost of £10 for small items and £50 for large items. Please email us on email@example.com to arrange this. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return but we do suggest that you used an insured service as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit on their return to us (and won't be able to refund you).
Faulty or damaged items
Occasionally items are unfortunately damaged in transit. Please do not return a faulty or damaged item to us without contacting us first. Simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements with you from there.
Please ensure you retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damaged packaging and the damaged item.
Please do not attempt to fix the damaged item, as we will not be able to refund or replace these.
