That's no problem, we offer a no quibble returns policy. See our returns page for full details.
Can you make a custom order? Can you provide the item unfurnished?
No, we produce our items by batch so we cannot make any alterations to existing products or make custom orders.
Can I repaint my bedside?
Yes, we recommend buying our white bedsides and sanding lightly before repainting in a colour of your choice. Our white bedsides already have a primer and base layer, so it's ready to go!
My order is faulty/damaged, what should I do?

My order hasn't arrived, where is it?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away, all our orders are tracked so we'll be able to tell you exactly where it is.
How can I tell if the large furniture item I want will fit through my stairway?
If you have an awkward space such as a narrow hallway or stairs, please contact us for exact dimensions of you product so that you can measure up before you order is delivered to avoid disappointment and return delivery costs.
