Standard and small furniture delivery

Orders over £200 are delivered for free within the UK mainland. Orders below £200 are on an express service at £5.99.

Our standard delivery and small furniture items will be delivered by UPS on a next day delivery service during the working week. There are a number of inflight options for you to arrange redelivery at a time or place convenient to you. If they are unable to deliver they will leave a card and you can contact them directly. If you do not contact them within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Large furniture delivery

Our large furniture items are delivered by pallet delivery which can take up to 5 days. Delivery will take place Monday - Friday. You will be provided with tracking information once the item is dispatched so that you can see when your item will arrive. The driver will call you on the day. Please note that pallet delivery is kerbside only.

EU delivery

We are now back open for sales to France, Spain, Italy and Germany. Charges vary per product and can be seen on checkout page. Deliveries are made in 1 -2 days. 

France: Please ensure you include your phone number in the order. If you have forgotten, email your order number and phone number to info@urbansize.co.uk

US Delivery

A number of our smaller items are available for delivery to the US. The postage prices for individual items will be displayed once you have added your items to basket. US orders are delivered by UPS on a 1 - 2 day service and tracking will be sent once dispatched. 

Second Sale

Our seconds and sample sale items are subject to a £5 charge and delivered by Hermes on a 2 - 5 day service. Please also note that dispatch time for these items is longer, up to 5 days.
