Standard and small furniture delivery
Our standard delivery and small furniture items will be delivered by DPD who will send you a text or email with a one hour window for delivery. There are a number of inflight options for you to arrange redelivery at a time or place convenient to you. If they are unable to deliver they will leave a card and you can contact them directly. If you do not contact them within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
Large furniture delivery
Our large furniture items are delivered by a specialist courier who will contact you directly to arrange a convenient day to deliver. These items are delivered by a two man team who will deliver directly to the room of your choice. Please ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit through any doorways or corridors in your home. If the courier is unable to deliver due to such restrictions, we are unable to refund delivery costs.
International and offshore UK delivery
We are able to make delivery to these locations for standard items and small furniture pieces. Europe - £20, Rest of world - £30.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver our large furniture items internationally.
We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a refund (excluding delivery charge). If you return it to us within 28 days we can offer a credit note.
We just ask that you return the item in it's original packaging in perfect saleable condition. Use the returns label provided in your package to find all the information you need to return your item.
We can arrange collection of your item at a cost of £10 for small items and £50 for large items. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return but we do suggest that you used an insured service as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit on their return to us (and won't be able to refund you).
Faulty or damaged items
Occasionally items are unfortunately damaged in transit. Please do not return a faulty or damaged item to us without contacting us first. Simply contact us via email@example.com and we will make arrangements with you from there.
Please ensure you retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damaged packaging and the damaged item.
Please do not attempt to fix the damaged item, as we will not be able to refund or replace these.
